1st Class Childcare is a licensed home daycare by Maryland State Department of Education. As a professional childcare provider, I strive at providing a safe and exciting day for your precious little ones. Our curriculum comes from Orchard Home and Mother Goose Time.
MEET THE OWNER
Hello, my name is Ms. Tameria, I am the owner of 1st Class Childcare. After working over a decade in Public Safety and Law Enforcement, I decided to stay home with my own young kids. These are the years you can't get back!. So while doing so I wanted to share the love to other kids with working parents.
I have over 10 years of infant/child & adult CPR and emergency first aid experience. Also, certified in SIDS training as well.Through-out my career I have always worked with kids, Founder of Kids and Cops in Memphis, Tennesee. I worked in various elemetary schools i.e police officer/ substitue teacher.
My Philosophy- 1st Class Childcare is an intimate home-like atmosphere, the best alternative for working parents. Your child will be encouraged to explore, discover and question at his/her own pace. In order to achieve these goals, children will participate in a diverse range of activities each day.
My Goals- 1st Class Childcare, I will focus on nurturing your child's social and emotional well being, while laying a foundation for education. Your child will be learning through play, observation and interaction with other children. A learning enviroment values, respect others, self discipline and kindness.

Events & Workshops
Early Learning
Our babies are learing to develop their motor and sensory skills. Using play to explore new textures and sounds are very important. Tummy time , music and stoy telling are also part of our early learing. WOW!! Toddlers love to explore, using buiding blocks, coloring and painting are used to let them discover.
Ages 3 - 5
Pre-Schoolers are excited about the days of exploring and discovering new things. Preparing for Kindergaten is our focus. Reading, writing and creative play is our goals to reachig their highest potential.
